Pinger app with sound alert
The program pings the IP address every 15 seconds(you can set it to whatever you want). If the IP address can't be pinged, it counts four responses ( 60 sec) and then plays the sound "alert.mp3".
Also, the app's color changes during pings.
Added an EXE for the first version file for Windows PCs.
