I keep thinking soapy has crashed with a big traceback, when actually it's just telling me I haven't got an interaction matrix! It then happily computes one. Should we just print the final line of the traceback? Or not at all?

I seem to remember that this was a bit tricky hence lots of debug information. I guess it should just print a "debug" or "info" message to say that it hadn't found one to load
