How to retrieve non-US listed stock?

1.Tried CN market with "600519.SH" and "SH.600519", and get a response of possibly delisted; No timezone found
2.Tried HK market with "0700.HK", and can't retrieve data, either.

I also want to ask, how can I obtain stock data for Hong Kong and China's Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges? Currently, searching with Chinese characters such as "宁德时代" (Contemporary Amperex Technology) and "药明康德" (WuXi AppTec) returns no information. For "贵州茅台" (Kweichow Moutai), although data cannot be retrieved, occasionally some reference data is returned.
