How to read TAPE11 and TAPE12 files with matlab or python？

@StarsTravel first do a git clone https://github.com/AER-RC/common.git or git clone [email protected]:AER-RC/common.git. then, assuming your TAPE11 or TAPE12 is in the same directory as the common clone:

sys.path.append('common')
import RC_utils as RC

wn, rad = RC.readBinary('TAPE12')
