Garbled Output Text

In #28 , I fixed error about'cp932' codec can't decode.
For example, the code can now be executed even if Japanese characters are included.

However, when Japanese is included in the output, the text is garbled in the debug window.
When executing Python code with exec node, it is also garbled.

If there is a way to display it correctly, I will implement it.
