set maximum version history changelog versions number (settings?) #5

之后autosave 也加入changelog，打上isAutoSave=true, 在version history列表中，如果是auto save的changelog，显示auto save

settings里加入 maximum changelog history, 默认manual save=200, auto save=200

另外auto save能不能debounce或者throttle一下，我感觉debounce 1s到2s 可以
