Positioning of roller blinds is reversed in the Homekit app; i.e. when it is open in the Tuya app, it is closed in Homekit.
If it is 40% open in the Tuya app, it's 60% open in Homekit.

I think this is already supported. Try the advanced options

I have the same problem as [bobby5639] with my Curtains & already tried to use the proposed "deviceOverrides".
But the "advanced options" seem to be completely ignored in my Homebridge settings.

Yeah I tried the device overrides which didn't go anything.
